Exchanges

We will exchange an item only if the item is unused and in original condition. The Buyer will pay for return shipping. 

This does not include any special-order items. 

Returns conditions

Most of all of our sales are final.  We will accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if it is the incorrect item(s) that where shipped. Prior authorization is required. 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have prior authorization within 10 days of receiving your order.  After we have received your email we will determine what action is required. If we don’t have a replacement item available, we will determine a resolution. Please note that the Buyer will pay for return shipping.
